creation of joint now set joint limits structure properly on initialization.
This was causing the channels not to create translation joints for non-root
joints
added sbgui listener for character attributes:
showBones
showJoints
displayBoneScale
displayJointScale
to control display of character in bone mode (useful for visualizing
non-hierarchical bvh data, for example)
