branch - merging in reach fixes from trunk
Merged revision(s) 5773 from trunk:
Fixed the reach offset problem when the motion has some root translation in the
first frames. The caveat is that from now on, the reach motion set need to have
consistent initial root positions since the system will not automatically
compensate for that.
