Add FaceShift manager to receive data streams from FaceShift capture software.
This allows real-time puppeteer of face animation on a SmartBody character. Add
an setChannelQuatGlobal API to set the global rotation on a joint channel. The
channel quaternion is then produced from the global rotation using that joint's
pre-rotation.
