Fix for loading textures from COLLADA (.dae) files.
Previously, textures could only be loaded from same folder as .dae file. Now,
relative pathing will be respected.
Added 'useDefaultLights' boolean attribute to scene (default = true). Toggles
default lighting when no lights are present in the scene.
