Don't use a self test. Sometimes those just test for connectivity, not DNS resolution. Is the router logging? That would be a good place to check for errors. I agree with Tom to check DHCP and DNS settings.

Try PING TOMHAYNES.NET from a command prompt. We are using a laptop with a static IP to test with. When we plug it directly into the airbridge, we can surf just fine. When we put a router in the middle, the router can see it, but the laptop can't surf. The router is set with a static IP on the WAN side, and dhcp for the LAN side. The laptop is set to DHCP. We changed the router to a new one to make sure that it wasn't bad with the same results. Is there something strange about how the totals see and pass traffic that are behind routers?
