grrr! My redhat box gives out dhcp IPs to the correct MACs, but it also
logs the following:

May 30 13:57:50 rh01 dhcpd: Dynamic and static leases present for 1.2.3.4.
May 30 13:57:50 rh01 dhcpd: Remove host declaration ThePC or remove
1.2.3.4
May 30 13:57:50 rh01 dhcpd: from the dynamic address pool for
AledoBroadBand

There are no IP address conflicts. I tried changing the IP in the DHCP,
and sure enough, the router picks up the right IP and is pingable, but the
server logs the same error message (using the new IP, of course). It
works, so I'm not worried (should I be?).

What concerns me, however, is that none of this gets logged into
dhcpd.leases. What gives? I should be able to look at a list of clients
that have received IPs from this box, but the file is empty.

Thoughts?
