Mark I believe by them asking for macaddresses to back track the shipping and design area they are trying to track down if there was a manufacturing fault they may discover that all the macs come from a singular batch and location and then that would be good reason to believe a QOS at that location had failed.

I'm about to launch a small operation, and am considering making SB's products the backbone of my operation.

 

Over the last couple weeks,  I am re-thinking this plan.   IF your team keeps us up to date, shows evidence that they have the ability to understand what's going on (not blaming the product, BTW, I've seen enough information to think there's possibly extenuating circumstances), it would go a long ways toward keeping confidence in your products, but more importantly, in your company.

 

Oh, and thank you for participating in this list.   Without this list, I would not even have considered your products.
