I'm still trying to figure this one out. The NOC end of my backhaul
seemed to be giving erratic speeds similar to what I'd expect with water
in a connector, speed test of 900k, then 36k, then 400k, etc. I replaced
the pigtail and tried to find some moisture, dry as a bone. So I put a
replacement aPPO in and the speeds came back up, although maybe not all
the way to what they were.
Does it make sense that an aPPO got a little wonky and fluctuates up and
down in speed like that? If I RMA it will EC try it, say it works and
send it right back or will they put it through it's paces?
