Nope, it's 100BaseT to the switch. 

T1 ---- Cisco 2611 ---- Switch ---- MikroTik

I was leaving that part out for brevity and clarity.

I suspect you are better off if you want to hook a
T1 to the MikroTik box to get on the ISP-Equipment
list or EBay and pick up a Cisco 1602 and a WIC-1DSU-T1
card. You can probably get them both for less than $400.
Then just plug the MikroTik into the Ethernet interface
and you're set.

If you can't return the card because the telco says it
wont work for your situation, you might be able to get
at least most of your money out of it on EBay or the
equipment list.
