HUH u gave 60 people a free month, what kinda problem do u have going on? I mean all my appo's have yet to fail, and my clients are connected my only problem is the AB's sleep crap and also some problems with overloading and interference but the general AP's are serving there purpose all of them.

Alex,
I have been in the technology field long enough (20+ years) to know these
things happen. And I know you are working on them, and that they take time
to fix.
However, my understanding is irrelavent. I'm losing customers and as such,
losing money. I have already had to credit each of them a month's worth of
service (60 accounts @ $35.95 each) - over $2100.00 in lost revenue this
month alone because I'm having to compensate them for flaws in your
product. This is in addition to thousands I had to spend on support coming
to help me with tower climbs and replacements.
We're paying about $330.00 per radio from EC for these APPO. One would
assume you are selling them to EC for something less than that. If you
have some newer radios that have had better quality control on them than
the first batch you shipped out after your plant moved, given that I have
spent thousands upon thousands of dollars and my customers have endured
days of donwtime, I would really like to ask that Smartbridges send two of
the new APPO radios for me to put up so that my customers will have
stability. Again, while this will cost Smartbridges a few dollars, the
cost to Smartbridges pales in comparison to what defective Smartbridge
products have cost me.
I'm guessing that authorizing something like this is out of your hands,
so I would be very grateful to you if you would forward this entire
message thread to whomever might be able to approve this.
Thanks,
Sam
