It is something that is lacking in my opinion. I see alot of packages out there but they are either way to much money or WAY to complicated to use. Most of the time I try to do something for about a week and then end up paying someone else to do it that knows how...lol But good luck on it anyway. Email soandso about action A, send reset command if action B, poll for events and traps, etc...) Bandwidth management Customer tracking Accounting Billing Inventory tracking (deployed and stock) Network mapping and visualization Network simulating Coverage mapping Client help desk and support center Knowledge base Client forums and mailing lists Network service management (DNS, DHCP, NNTP, SMTP, Routing, etc...) Network planning services   Design concept: Suite will be configured to run from a central location ran by third party for most functions, eliminating the need to indepth knowledge of services required. Company and customer private information will reside on your own network and used by web based scripts running on you own machines so no private information ever leaves your control. Network monitoring and control is cordinated by third party servers using monitoring software run on your network. Monitoring software uses self-contained 'Watchdogs' to maintain management when off network methods are unavailable. The 'Third Party' could be a distributed service ran on all of the Suite's user's computers to keep availability high and computer time free as well as having multiple routes to check for system integrity.
