I am speaking of the APPOs.  I get that they are 60mW or .6 watts. Witch is
27.8dBm..  You add a 13dBi 90 degree sector antenna.  Now.  Based on this
you signal would extend out roughly over a 20mile range.  You would drop
down to -83dBm  around 17-18 and then be scattered depending on line of
sight.

Would this be correct?
