Try another card.  If that does not work, I dunno, if it does, bad card.

Okay, I disabled WEB, MAC authorization and everything else I could find

and neither sees the other.  The lights flash on the Orinoco card like
it's 
trying to find something but doesn't.  The Orinoco client monitor shows 
that it's scanning but it only seems to be scanning a couple of
channels, 
none of which are 6 which is what the aPPO is on.  It settles in at 4 so
I 
tried setting the aPPO to 4, nothing...
