You still need the interface of some type to get from your stuff to their phone.  Asterisk provides the interface.  I also use a Cisco ATA-186 with the FWD service.

I was also looking at the Packet-8  10k minutes for $130.00/mo. and reselling the minutes.  The suggested mailing list will give you the resource to ask anything, there are many, many options to choose from.

Bill, I guess I asked the wrong question - I own a wireless ISP and I want to offer phone service to my customers.  Is there any hardware or sub-contract services that would give me the ability to offer voip as an option on my network to my customers?
