I have to agree with Mark.  Despite the panic many of us felt, sB did come through as quickly as possible.  And as Mark has pointed out, sB's responsiveness and technical troubleshooting does beat out other manufacturers out there.

Good job, sB.  Keep up the good work!

I bought a wireless PC card, well, 2 of them, at the local Staples on sale.
Cheap and handy.

Neither would function in my laptop. Finally, I downloaded the updated
driver, and it worked.

I figured it was my goof. Then, the hard drive failed in BOTH laptops. I
had to do a clean install, and guess what? The old drivers that came with
it DO NOT WORK. I then installed that same pc card in a NEW laptop with
XP, STILL didn't work. I ended up downloading the new drivers to get it to
work, and then it was totally flaky. Would disassociate every 1 to 2
minutes. I had to reinstall the NEW drivers some 3 times before it
suddenly (and myseriously) gained the ability to associate and remain
associated.

This company has absolutely NO FAQ's on the topic, has no technical topics
about it, nothing. And this issue with the drivers is approaching a year
old now, and there's still no mention of it.

I'm just pointing out that SBs has been extraordinarily responsive,
compared to what other companies do.
