I just replaced a client airBridge last night as well.  It was a really
odd one.  The client could ping the airBridge on the wired side.  I
could ping the airBridge wirelessly.  The client could not ping through
the device to the gateway.  I could not ping through the device to the
client.

If I do a power reset then it would start passing traffic again.

I cant have the client resetting his airBridge all the time...so I R&R'd
it.
