Thanks for your comments Marlon, we have the power output level turned down
on the AP to stay below the limit.  As the closest client is 5-miles I don't
believe the narrow beamwidth (6.5 deg) is the issue.  Also, we are
transmitting across a valley and the elevation of the AP and the clients are
about the same.
