I have had similar issues like this but what caused it for me was once the PC has 
connection and then I access Simple Monitor look at the radio and then logoff the 
radio I would lose the Default Gateway in the network Prty. and I would have to repair 
the connection to make it work again.

service packs if they have not alreayd.
