seems to me that several people on another forum said STAY AWAY from anything AM, FM was okay the reason being on AM towers power or something runs through the tower itself somehow and you have to shut down power to the whole tower while you are working on it. Bascially they stated that the whole structure was enrgized and you could get fried if you tried to climb it without shutting it down. This could have been bull but someone else might be able to shed some light on it..
