What do you mean .02 cents per dollar?? you mean 2 cents on every dollar that the tower makes I.E you sign up a customer at $50 the city makes a tax of $1 each client at that rate etc? That does not seem like a bad deal to me?? And getting them free service at 512K is not that bad either just depending on how much they are going to use it. I would jump on that deal if they offered it to me here locally but around here they are all tight about security especially after 911 and don�t let anyone around the water towers.. I tried several different ones at different water companies. Neither one wanted the liability
