I think what you want to do is create a full tower WITH cellular radio
system? Yes? First you need to become a CLEC, then you will need a cellular
frequency license. Then, you can get a roaming agreement with the cell
carriers and start getting $$. Expect to invest ~ 2-3 million in fees,
equipment, lawyers, insurance, and a boatload of time.

Its allot easier to build a tower and invite the various cell companies to
deploy on it.

I should have been more clear. There is no tower now. My friend wants to
put up a new cell phone tower and WE will own it. Can this sort of thing
be done? Can we put up a cell phone tower and get it on the network of
other cell phone towers?
