As for leave the creen up there not sure I follow what your refering to. But if you do not set a idle timeout then only way the user can get "logged off" if is they go offline and are detected as offline or they click logoff from the status window or go to your hotspot routers ip and click logoff or you restart the router or disconnect the user from the server.
Enabled-address means that the client get a ip address once they have logged in the server will enable it to have access to the net. The other option is dhcp-pool which means after successful authentication it will give you a new ip that is allowed to access the net. you set enabled-address in the default profile or the users profile. Which means you could potentially have 2 groups one that have enabled-address and one with dhcp-pool. But I prefer the enabled-address because this way I don't have to worry about poorly implemented tcp stacks in win9x, pda's or MacOS that can't handle short dhcp leases correctly at times.
