Collocating on the same tower with HAM radio, cellular, or pager equipment that operates in a frequency that is close to, or is a harmonic of the 2.4GHz band. I think someone mentioned on another list that some part of 900-923MHz can interfere with 2.4GHz.   A bandpass filter will filter out ALL other frequencies except for the one that you want.
