Shawn, I read the email a few times and watched
the movie also. I am not sure what point you are trying to make. As the label
says, you need to upgrade the F/W before it will work properly. There are no
units with “bad” chips in them. The thermal issue can be solved by either
the new hardware or the new firmware. (ps.
After the firmware upgrade you may want to associate a client to check the
operation. In the movie it looks like you may have a unit with bad Blue LED.
Ethernet LED is flashing as per normal so it looks like the units
is working ok but for some reason the Blue LED may have come off the
