PFM is exactly right - LOL! I know what you are suggesting is a very logical move, swapping a known good unit with a known bad unit. But I really, really don't want to mess with the only one that is working, know what I mean? And that would also mean taking all the waterproofing crap off the working one and the non working one, moving them, re-waterproofing them. I think I will wait for the new ones to come in from Singapore. I haven't heard anything from them except the automated reply to my RMA forms. They have had trouble sending me mail for some reason, sometimes it gets through and sometimes it doesn't. Maybe my mail server doesn't like their mail server. ROFL I just hope they ship the replacements tomorrow. I hooked up another customer today on number 11, the one we have had the most trouble with. I now have three on that one, it just happens to be the one pointed toward the largest population area. And I am kind of holding off on installs until this is resolved, but I only have another week to install as many customers as I can before the competition fires up their system and probably brings everything to a screeching halt.
