I have hundreds of both Lucent based and teletronics and they never freeze. They both are like timex watches.

Actually yes I am saying that for a company that's what a year old????

My lucents and teletronics were freezing for the longest of times and as far as I recall they werent exactly SMALL companies. But it is NOT useual for a company to release working betas of a software problem little less than 3 weeks after its reported lets see cisco and proxim do that. Everyone can sit here saying that they are tired of sb and there problems but the fact is there was a "bad" line or whatever the case may be that the software fixed, and that there are still bad ones mixed in.

SB a smart move would be to release a list of "possibly" effected units even If its 300mb of txt docs I don't care atleast then we could check the units we have or are getting and if its on the list (edit/find/mac#) and if its there we can update its firmware and maintain a watch on it. This way we arent saying "it's a brand new radio that's bad!"

But this is just my view im tired of SB bashing there doing there best to correct the problems and as far as I can tell are directly working with companies to get there problems resolved (direct RMA's although I wish they were paying for the shippin but oh well)
