Yes, I believe that at one time they did say we could RMA to them, but now
it appears the story has changed and now we can only RMA to the vendor we
got the unit from. I am guessing that since Smartbridges has now
discontinued the APPi they really don't want to deal with the problems that
still exist.

I can't say that I blame them for not wanting to invest time and money
trying to support a defunct line of equipment (I am not thrilled with trying
to do new installs with obsolete equipment), but they should make some
concession for those of us that have bought radios that don't work right.
