You may need to run "simpleSpeed" on their computers. It comes with AB
simpleMonitor and I think it can be downloaded seperatly now.

Subject: [smartBridges] Fragmentation

I have a few customers who are having very poor (4k sometimes) upload
speeds, while the downloads are great. I imagine I can tweak some settings
to improve this, such as the rts/cts and the fragmentation. Is there any way
I can look up the collisions that are taking place on the wireless link,
perhaps at the access point or something? If I look up "Wireless Statistics"
in the AP I don't see "Collisions" in there. Should I be looking at Failed
packets? would that be the same thing?

Thanks,
Roger
