This is facetious, but true. I got two ABT’s in at the same time, and one was missing the nut and the other the bolt for attaching the unit to the mounting bracket. Each station checks and logs results of about 20 items for a total of over 200 inspection items for each radio. These results are constantly analyzed to eliminate the root cause of repetitive mistakes.   Now we are looking at ways to enrich this checklist. It will be helpful to get feedback from the field.
