With a 20dbi 120* sector, your vertical beamwidth will be FAR too small to touch any of your customers. with a 16dbm SB radio, and a 14dbi antenna, that is only 30dbm radiated, you could put a 250mw amp just before the sector, and be close to legal (EIRP wise, not certification wise)
A better solution might be to install higher gain antennas at the client sites. What are you using currently?
