Alex, Nish, et al I have about five dead APPOs that I would like to RMA directly toy ou and ensure the replacements are of the fixed batch (I don't want to rely on firmware or risk getting another bad one. I had to pay $350.00 yesterday to get one replaced that had only worked for ten days and was brand new when I put it up.)
I know you have a URL where I go to do this. Can you please let me know what that is, and also about how long it will take to get the replacements from Singapore? I'm clear out of spares now, so I'll probably have to order at least one from EComm in case this one too breaks in the meantime, but I'd like to get these in the mail today if possible.
