I found the MIB file. I am new at this part of things so I am not completely sure what I am looking for. I did find in the MIB the OID's I am asuming below is one I found. 1.3.6.1.4.1.410.1.1.7.1 But when I enter it in the program it gives me "test failed" This program has a free version it would be great if someome tried to install (see below for link) it and see if they get the same results. I am new to SNMP and monitoring of these so i was looking or a GUI program to make things easier. The program connects to the device and returns Connected to "" Name: Contact: Location: How can I populate these fields? Thanks, Steve Good ________________________________
