[smartBridges] Unable to contact AirBridge

I've got 2 radios that are working fine but I cannot ping them or connect 
to them using Simple Monitor.
They will not default, nor will the recovery software find them.

I've held the reset button down for minutes at a time and tried different 
powershots with the same results.

Any ideas?
