Nanog is the North American Network Operators Group. If it's broken on the Internet it's will most likely be posted to Nanog first. A word of caution - do not post to Nanog unless you know what you are talking about. Most of the people on there have been there for years, are highly technical, and do not suffer fools lightly. I'm sure all of you are blocking outbound traffic that doesn't originate from your netblocks, correct? If you are not you should be since you may well be contributing to the DDOS attacks.
