Hmm I would push them a little more and ask why the FCC cert it only for 158mW and 
what happens to the side lobs of the radio when
set to 200mW. At least with our testing the Senao cards are not able to keep with-in 
the FCC specification on where the side lobs
should be, which means that the card is limited to the power output on the cert. Also 
PLEASE do not take this incorrectly I think
the Telex design is a good one and they have great antennas, but not the Senao card in 
that the spec have never been accurate.
