I’d just counter sue for the remaining balance and any “early” cancellation fees, plus court costs (which is usually included). You’d come out smelling like a rose. If you counter-sue for too much, others will probably hear of it and see it as greed. Don’t stoop to his level.

I have a book in front of me right now (actually just off to the left) that is on becoming incorporated. I own a house in Colorado Springs…so I am hoping to become incorporated there. I hear that Colorado is very friendly to Corps.
If anyone has tips on how to become incorporated (from sole proprietorship) with single owner….I would love the help.
