Maybe one of you technical guys can visit one of the WISPs having these problems to get a hands-on idea of what's happening? This should save you much time and aggrevation trying to reproduce it in the lab. What SB approve a trip for this reason?
I'm sure many of the WISPs would be very happy having a SB guy come out and troubleshoot for this problem. Any of you want to invite SB to your area?
I'm not really experiencing this problem myself, so I'm not a good candidate to have an SB guy come out.
