Qwest sold us a Clear Channel DS1. The best we were getting was 700-900k.
We called 2nd level support and did some complaining, first reply was well maybe that site is slow.
We were doing multiple giant game downloads from Download.com.
So we told him. hey we are doing simultanious downloads and they are comming from diferent sites and we can't collectively get past 700-900k.
The tech started to move us from channel to to channel acrosss differnt DS3's. We got our 1.54 megs.
He then told us he had to put us back to where we were before and get approval from his supervisor.
They eventually made the permanant changes.
So maybe it's the same problem you have.

For the last two weeks I only get between 300-600K download but 900 – 1.2 upload.
Any ideas? I thought normally download would be faster, not the other way around?
