Guy, Balan who has just
joined us
in the support team. He came from Networking and Communication
background and has
many years of experience in the same field on customer support. He is
MCSE
certified and obtained many other certifications.
His
past experience was providing pre &
post sales support including installation and maintenance of LAN
projects which
encompass setting up of Servers, Email servers, Anti-Virus solutions,
Wireless
LAN solutions, switches, routers, remote access products, VPN
solutions,
content delivery solutions and other products. He also gained the
experience of
functioning as a helpdesk personnel handling calls, trouble ticket
generation
and fault escalation. Soon, you will get to know him and be interacting
with
him on exchanging views, discussion and addressing issues.
