Hi Ian,
The LQ suddenly goes to "0" values means perhaps it's a problem with Reflected signal, or SNR. The channel interference and reflections can also cause low LQ. Please check on the connections if it is proper and also if there is any kind of moisture in the powerShot(if placed outside) or any loose connection?
May I know the approximate distance between the AP and CPE devices and what type and gain of the antenna used at the both locations?
Normally, the low LQ can be fixed by rotating the aBT little bit towards the main APPT direction.
Are these units placed with the line of sight? If there is any obstructions like tree and water may observe the signal. Using site survey option, please see the non-used channels in nearby area.
Please verify if there is any other nearby transmitters (out of band) transmitting the signal which may lower down the LQ value significantly. If still the LQ value not improved, then it might be necessary to move the aBT to the new location and re adjust the POLORIZATION, DIRECTIVITY OR DOWNTILT to reduce the noise level.
Kind regards, Seeni sB Tech Support

Thanks
