Basically if you set it up so you can monitor the client radios you will know if someone is down. Say for example you are using a client radio to service an office building. Since this is business it is most likely mission critical stuff for them. If it goes down for whatever reason, you are going to want to know it right away. Preferrably before your business clients do.
