Hi Rick,
APPO's are on 1.4j.8 - but you've just jogged me to realise that APPO3 is on Beta 1.4k.1
Airbridges are on 0.01.0.7.

John,

I too seem to have a problem with this.

What firmware are you using? Maybe we can compare notes.

Subject: [smartBridges] Bridging in AP/CB mode with DHCP

The following setup has been working fine on a single public IP scheme.
Gateway/router/dhcp server>APPO1 in AP mode >>>> APPO2 in CB > switch1 >APPO3  AP >>>>APPO4 CB> switch2 >APPO5 AP >>> clients airbridges.

Now we need to change the IP scheme.
I appreciate Wireless Bridge Mode is the accepted way to bridge LANs but can anybody confirm that the following should work …

The DHCP server now issues IP's to the client airbridges. The APPO's remain on their previous IP's.
This worked fine for an hour or two but now fails to pass traffic from APPO5.
Clients associated with APPO3 can surf. Clients on APPO5 cant surf or Ping the Gateway but can ping a PC in switch1.
Resetting the APPO's hasn’t helped.
Any suggestions please ….
