There's not much you can do about it unless you want to block pings from
outside of your network. Not sure that's a good idea though.

It really more of a worry if you see it from machines inside your network -
the infected machine must be disinfected, disconnected, or for the quick fix
until they can download the missing services packs have them install a
software firewall (like mentionned earlier) to block unauthorized traffic
out from there machine.
