Hi , I am doing a POC on smartfrog to automate the process of installing and configuring App Server and Database etc throughout the company. I read really good stuff about smart frog in the book "Ant in Action" but now when I am looking little bit deep into framework I could not find any simple example of just downloading a App Server/Jboss Server from internet & unzip/install into a local machine ..just a simple use case of installation of a software.
I look into Jboss.sf and it look like it tries to run the server with some input parameters, but if I don't want to start it ? just need configuration... My most important use case is to install a Jboss from internet/Remote location and setup the database ds files and find and replace some other variables in different configuration files. Please point me in the right direction & also provide some example installation of Jboss if possible . I will appreciate your help!
