I believe the above attributes are as described in Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S.M.A.R.T.#Known_ATA_S.M.A.R.T._attributes Head flying hours appears to be a multi-byte attribute: 52922587022648 = 0x302200000538 It should be fairly easy to test the "Total LBAs Read" attribute (#242). Just compare the "Raw Read Error Rate" with "Total LBAs Read" after reading several thousand sectors.
