The subset of supported attributes looks very different from other known 
SSDs.

Do you have any info about the meanings SMART attribute of this drive?
The product specs lists only the supported SMART commands and logs.

Does SanDisk SSD Toolkit possibly provide any info?

This is likely a (harmless) firmware bug.
