Some quick googling reveals that attribute 198 isn't uncorrectable sectors, but 'lifetime MB read'. See the post by 'Dee' near the bottom of http://www.myce.com/review/ocz-vector-ssd-review-64988/IOMeter-test-results-5/ I couldn't find technical datasheets on OCZ's site with the complete data, but this URL looks at least more accurate than what smartd has now.
