Yesterday I pushed a change for OS-4406 which adds support for signalfd(3c). This change modifies the proc_t struct in the kernel. You need to make sure you rebuild any other repos, such as kvm, which depend on the proc_t header in the proto area. It's probably best to simply clobber and rebuild everything if you're not sure.
