I haven't seen this mentioned on this list, however I thought I would
bring it to the attention of those who don't follow other Illumos lists.
The bug has a good analysis here:

It can lead to all sorts of nastiness if you have cache devices in your
pool.
The recommendation for OmniOS users is to remove the cache devices and
check your pool.
I think this may have been the cause of some unexplained panics on one
of our SmartOS systems, so I have followed this advice.
