Q: Do you by chance have any information about where the system was
hanging when
you booted without the acpi-user-options?

A: After debugging, we found SmartOS hanging at
uts/intel/io/acpica/acpica.c, acpica_init method (line 413), after hanging
we lost our keyboard and mouse.

Q: By Engineering sample CPUs do you mean that they're actually all
pre-production silicon?

A: Yes, they are pre-production.
