Hi Robert, Q: Do you by chance have any information about where the system was hanging when you booted without the acpi-user-options?
A: After debugging, we found SmartOS hanging at uts/intel/io/acpica/acpica.c, acpica_init method (line 413), after hanging we lost our keyboard and mouse. Q: By Engineering sample CPUs do you mean that they're actually all pre-production silicon? A: Yes, they are pre-production.
